Ready to party
On our way to the Gold Coast
It has been another good year for the Samba School. We have had over 10 good gigs, ranging from private weddings to corporate events, and again we played at the Indy parade at the Gold Coast. And, we'll end the year with a fantastic New Year's gig at the Gold Coast Art Centre.

Next year is again going to be better. We will keep this web site much more up to date, and might even do a re-design. And ... about 10 of us will be going to the Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro to get some further inspiration! So watch this space...

Learn to play percussion with the Brisbane Samba School! We are always on the lookout for more percussionists. After all, in Brazil they play this music with over 500 drummers!
